Hemianthus callitrichoides 'Cuba' (HC) is by far, one of the smallest aquarium plants in the world, and forms one of the most beautiful carpet lawn you can ever dream in a Nature Planted Aquarium. Known only to those whom have tried and succeed in growing HC, it is particularly painful during a plant trimming session, which often resulting in an uneven, unattractive lawn. With a straight scissors, one does not even need to begin, since it is hardly reach the corners and edges. Curve tip scissors are quite suitable, but the most beautiful and pleasant variant is probably the interesting swing form of the [BORNEOWILD] WAVE CUTTER. |
|
| In the following, let's see a Step-By-Step pictorial of the simple and easy employment of this WAVE CUTTER - with careful attention paid to the right front corner of the aquascape. A rather thick pad has formed lushly here and had actually overwhelmed the midground features by 3-4cm; thus swings the WAVE CUTTER. The cutter with its well designed and proportioned loops, allows you to place your fingers comfortably, and cut easily with control. You can actually feel the tip of the cutter shearing through the leaves. To cut well and nice without messing up the other features, watch where you swing the blades. |

| Now all you need to do next is to work on any areas that may be inaccessible to the Wave Cutter. The HC pad is left alone for the next trimming. |
