The LIFE!! is created with walnut shells in an optimum ratio which finishes the medium with a high porous surface for bacterial growth. It dissolves over a period of 6 months and slow-releases minerals which are beneficial to the flora and fauna.

Calcium is released in a safe form and provides the necessary supplement required by crustaceans (Crystal Red Shrimps) to build their shells. it also give the required calcium supplement to aquatic plants such Cryptocoryne and echinodorus species.
